Tips for Reiki I Students

Get plenty of rest the day/night before your class - you know how much rest your body needs.
Stay hydrated; drink lots of water.
Bring a notebook and pen.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Bring what you need to feel comfortable during a 6-8 hour class.
Come with an open mind, ready to learn.
Training available by Zoom video call.
